MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION AND AGREEMENT

has been concluded electronically between the Seller and the real or legal person who creates a membership through the website ("Member").
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the procedures and principles regarding the Member's membership to the Seller's website, the use of the website, membership rights and obligations, and the mutual responsibilities of the parties.
3. MEMBERSHIP AND TERMS OF USE
3.1. Membership is completed by filling out the membership form on the website with complete and accurate information and approving this agreement electronically.
3.2. The Member accepts that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. All responsibility arising from incorrect or incomplete information belongs to the Member.
3.3. The Member agrees to use the website in compliance with applicable legislation, general rules of morality, and this agreement.
4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE MEMBER
4.1. The Member is responsible for the confidentiality of their username and password.
4.2. The Member cannot share their account with third parties.
4.3. The Member accepts that all transactions made through the website belong to them.
4.4. The Member cannot engage in any activity that will damage the website infrastructure, hinder the system, or violate the law.
5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER
5.1. The Seller makes reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted website services.
5.2. The Seller may temporarily suspend the website when deemed necessary.
5.3. The Seller may suspend or terminate the membership if the Member acts in violation of this agreement.
6. SUSPENSION AND CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
6.1. The Member may terminate their membership at any time.
6.2. In case of unlawful use, provision of incorrect information, or misuse, the Seller may unilaterally cancel the membership.
6.3. The termination of membership does not eliminate previously accrued obligations.
7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data of the Member is processed within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. For detailed information, the Privacy and Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) Policy must be reviewed.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content, designs, logos, and visuals on the website belong to the Seller or are licensed. They cannot be used without permission.
9. AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT
The Seller reserves the right to make changes to this agreement. The updated agreement enters into force on the date it is published on the website.
10. DISPUTES AND JURISDICTION
In disputes that may arise from this agreement, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.
11. ENFORCEMENT
By becoming a member of the website, the Member declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Membership Information and Agreement. The agreement enters into force on the date it is approved electronically.
