REFUND, CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
1. GENERAL INFORMATION

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
2.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product without showing any justification and without paying any penal clause.
2.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be made to the Seller via [email protected] within this period.
3. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
- Products custom-sized or custom-manufactured in line with the Buyer's requests
- Used, damaged, or products that have lost their resalability
- Packaging products in contact with food whose packaging has been opened
- Products whose resale is not suitable in terms of hygiene
4. RETURN CONDITIONS
4.1. Products to be returned must be;
- Unused,
- Undamaged,
- With original packaging intact.
The product must be sent completely with all its accessories, apparatus, user manual, warranty certificate, and promotional products if any. There must be no deformation, breakage, scratch, stain, tear, or intervention that would impair the resalability of the product.
4.2. The product must be sent with its original box and outer packaging. The Buyer is responsible for any loss of value that will occur if a shipping label is attached directly onto the product box, if it is damaged with packing tape, or if the original packaging is damaged.
4.3. In case of missing parts, missing box, missing content, damaged packaging, or detection of use of the returned product, the return request may be rejected, or the resulting value loss amount may be deducted from the refund amount.
4.4. Products to be returned must be sent to the address to be notified by the Seller and via the specified shipping method following the withdrawal notification. The Buyer is responsible for any damage and expenses that may occur in shipments made via shipping companies other than the specified one.
4.5. The product must be checked during cargo delivery; a report must be kept with the cargo officer for damaged or missing delivered packages. Damage and missing content notifications without a report may not be accepted.
5. SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL RETURN EXPENSES
5.1. For domestic returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee belongs to the Buyer. In case of defective or faulty delivery of the product, the return shipping fee is covered by the Seller.
5.2. International Shipping, Customs, and Return Costs: For international orders, international shipping and return logistics fees, customs duties, and taxes belong entirely to the Buyer in withdrawals and voluntary returns. In case of returns, international return shipping and handling expenses will be deducted from the product refund amount.
6. REFUND
6.1. Following the delivery of the returned product to the Seller, the product price is refunded to the Buyer within 14 days at the latest, using the payment method used.
6.2. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by banks and payment institutions.
7. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In case the delivered product is defective, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. In defective products, the right to return, exchange, or price refund belongs to the Buyer.
8. CANCELLATION
Orders can be canceled before they are handed over to cargo. Cancellation requests must be submitted via [email protected] e-mail address. Full refunds are made for orders that have not been shipped. For international shipments, if canceled after dispatch, outbound and return logistics costs will be deducted from the refund.
9. ENFORCEMENT
This Refund, Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy enters into force on the date it is published on the website. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the policy when deemed necessary.
