Buyer:
The real or legal person who shops via the website and declares their name, surname, address, and contact information during the order process.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the products that the Buyer orders electronically via the Seller's website.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

The type, name, quantity, unit price, sales price including VAT, payment, and delivery information of the products consist of the information approved by the Buyer during the order stage and are an integral part of this agreement.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The Buyer accepts that they have read and are informed about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, and right of withdrawal of the products subject to the agreement, and has given confirmation in electronic environment.

4.2. The Seller is obliged to deliver the products subject to the agreement in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, complete, and in compliance with legal legislation.

4.3. If the Seller cannot fulfill the delivery due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances, they shall notify the Buyer.

5. DELIVERY AND CARGO

5.1. The products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during the order within 30 (thirty) days at the latest.

5.2. Shipping fees belong to the Buyer unless otherwise stated.

5.3. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product without showing any justification.

6.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be made to [email protected] within this period.

6.3. Products to be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.

7. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

Products custom-sized or custom-manufactured in line with the Buyer's requests
Products whose packaging has been opened, used, or whose resale is not possible
Products in contact with food and whose packaging has been opened

8. RETURN AND REFUND

8.1. In case the right of withdrawal is used duly, the product price shall be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days following the receipt of the returned product by the Seller, using the payment method used.

8.2. The return shipping fee within the scope of the right of withdrawal belongs to the Buyer. In defective products, the shipping fee is covered by the Seller.

9. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In case the delivered product is defective, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. Return and exchange expenses for defective products belong to the Seller.

10. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data belonging to the Buyer is processed within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. For detailed information, the Privacy and Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) Policy must be reviewed.

11. DISPUTES AND JURISDICTION

In disputes that may arise from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.

12. ENFORCEMENT

By placing an order via the website, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Distance Selling Agreement. The agreement enters into force upon the approval of the order.
